It’s important to acknowledge that fat loss is not a goal everyone should pursue—especially for those with a history of disordered eating. Health comes in many forms, and weight loss is not a universal path to well-being.
That said, for individuals who are intentionally and mindfully choosing to pursue fat loss, Fat Loss Habits is the most thoughtful, balanced, and mentally supportive book I’ve read on the subject. Rather than promoting restriction or quick fixes, it emphasizes sustainable habits, mental health, and self-compassion throughout the process.
